🇺🇸 Location
As we expand into the U.S. market, we are building a remote sales team to support Nutrium’s mission. While this role will be based in the U.S. (remote), you’ll collaborate closely with Nutrium’s global teams. We believe in flexible working arrangements while also valuing in-person connections. Therefore, you can expect opportunities to meet with the team for group meetings, events, and team-building activities.


About the Role:

Nutrium is on an exciting journey to expand into the U.S. market, and we’re looking for a Director of Sales to help us grow and establish our presence in the employee benefits space. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter who is ready to operate both strategically and operationally from day one!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales efforts in the U.S., including outbound prospecting, pitching, and closing enterprise deals (5,000+ employees);
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, brokers, and key decision-makers in HR and benefits teams;
  • Collaborate with the sales and executive team to refine our U.S. strategy and align messaging across the business;
  • Represent Nutrium at industry conferences and networking events to build visibility and generate leads;
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to ensure an outstanding client experience;
  • Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and feedback to help optimize go-to-market performance;
  • Contribute to the foundation for a future U.S. sales team as we grow.


Who You Are:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally in the employee benefits, wellness, or digital health sectors;
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and managing long sales cycles;
  • A self-starter who’s comfortable owning goals and working independently;
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast-growing startup.
