🇺🇸 Location

As we expand into the U.S. market, we are building a remote sales team to support Nutrium’s mission. While this role will be based in the U.S. (remote), you’ll collaborate closely with Nutrium’s global teams.We believe in flexible working arrangements while also valuing in-person connections. Therefore, you can expect opportunities to meet with the team for group meetings, events, and team-building activities.

About the Role:
We are building our U.S. sales team from scratch and as our Enterprise SDR, you’ll be one of the first people shaping that journey.

Nutrium is expanding into the U.S., and this is your chance to help build the market from the ground up.
This isn’t your typical SDR role. You’ll work directly with the CEO and COO to craft and execute outbound strategies, nurture qualified leads, and co-create our early sales playbook. You’ll have the freedom to test, learn, and iterate - and your work will directly shape how we grow in one of our most important and strategic markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research enterprise-level companies that align with our ideal customer profile;
  • Proactively reach out to HR leaders, benefits decision-makers, and wellness influencers via cold calls, emails, and social outreach;
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and qualify prospects, and set up high-quality meetings for the sales team;
  • Build and refine lead generation and qualification processes;
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align on ICP targeting, messaging, and campaign execution;
  • Accurately track activities and insights, and provide feedback to refine our GTM approach;
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Nutrium Care’s solution and industry trends.



Who You Are:

  • Experienced in outbound prospecting within HR tech, health benefits, or B2B SaaS - bonus points for enterprise experience;
  • Creative and strategic with outbound outreach, always testing new ideas to improve messaging and results;
  • A highly motivated, goal-oriented self-starter with a passion for making things happen;
  • A proactive, engaging communicator who excels at initiating conversations and building early relationships;
  • Experienced in outbound prospecting within HR tech, health benefits, or B2B SaaS - bonus points for enterprise experience;
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across a remote-first team;
  • Passionate about employee well-being, innovation, and making a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
