About the role:
At Nutrium, we believe nutrition should be at the core of employee well-being, yet most companies have yet to make it a priority.
As Head of International Expansion, your mission is to drive Nutrium Care’s growth across new global markets - ensuring we reach more companies and positively impact more lives.
You’ll lead our expansion efforts end-to-end, from strategic planning to hands-on execution. This includes validating new markets, closing enterprise deals, and building a scalable, repeatable go-to-market engine.
You’ll own the entire sales funnel - from market research and lead generation to securing strategic partnerships and closing high-value clients. You'll collaborate closely with the Sales team, providing guidance and support, while also personally leading and closing key enterprise deals.
This position is for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments - a leader who can experiment, optimize, and drive results while mentoring a growing international sales team.
