🇺🇸 Location

As we expand into the U.S. market, we are building a remote sales team to support Nutrium’s mission. While this role will be based in the U.S. (remote), you’ll collaborate closely with Nutrium’s global teams.We believe in flexible working arrangements while also valuing in-person connections. Therefore, you can expect opportunities to meet with the team for group meetings, events, and team-building activities.



About the Role:

Nutrium is on an exciting journey to expand into the U.S. market, and we’re looking for a Head of Sales to lead the charge! This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter who is ready to operate both strategically and operationally from day one. If you have experience in enterprise sales, a passion for building from the ground up, and the vision to scale Nutrium’s presence in the U.S., we want to hear from you.


In this role, you’ll work closely with the executive team to drive revenue growth, position Nutrium Care as a key player in the corporate wellness market, and build meaningful relationships with enterprise-level clients. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact on our U.S. expansion while laying the foundation for future growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive U.S. sales strategy, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, especially in the early stages;
  • Build and nurture strong alliances with key consultants, brokers, and strategic partners;
  • Lead all sales efforts independently, including prospecting, client outreach, and closing deals with enterprise clients (5,000+ employees);
  • Drive revenue growth by securing new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships;
  • Act as the primary representative at industry events and conferences to increase visibility and grow a network of advocates promoting Nutrium’s solutions;
  • Collaborate across teams to align sales efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and client engagement;
  • Leverage market insights and data to refine strategies and achieve ambitious sales goals;
  • Scale the team by recruiting and leading top sales talent as the business expands.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience leading enterprise sales in the U.S., within the employee benefits and corporate wellness sectors;
  • A highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently;
  • Capable of performing both strategically and operationally;
  • A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about growth and innovation.
