🇺🇸 Location

As we expand into the U.S. market, we are building a remote sales team to support Nutrium’s mission. While this role will be based in the U.S. (remote), you’ll collaborate closely with Nutrium’s global teams.We believe in flexible working arrangements while also valuing in-person connections. Therefore, you can expect opportunities to meet with the team for group meetings, events, and team-building activities.



About the Role:

Nutrium is looking for a Head of Strategic Alliances to lead the charge in cultivating and strengthening relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, and health plans in the U.S. market. In the first few months, you’ll be working independently, balancing both strategic and operational tasks to establish key partnerships and drive growth. Your mission? Make Nutrium Care the go-to solution for corporate wellness by getting consultants and partners not just to know us, but to love us and recommend us to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a hands-on strategy to build strong alliances with key consultants and brokers, balancing both operational and strategic tasks in the early stages;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, fostering trust and collaboration;
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and client engagement;
  • Represent Nutrium at key industry events and conferences to increase visibility;
  • Provide market insights to help refine Nutrium’s U.S. strategies and solutions;
  • Build and maintain a network of advocates actively promoting Nutrium’s solutions.


Who You Are:

  • Experienced in building strategic partnerships, within the employee benefits and corporate wellness sectors;
  • A natural connector with excellent relationship-building skills;
  • Comfortable navigating the U.S. consultant landscape and driving growth independently;
  • Ready to work hands-on in the early stages to establish partnerships and drive growth;
  • Proven contributions to revenue growth and market penetration;
  • Committed to positioning Nutrium as a trusted name in corporate wellness.
