🚀 The Company

Nutrium is a health tech company transforming how people engage with nutrition on a global scale. For years, we’ve improved the experience of nutrition professionals and patients with today’s #1 nutrition counseling platform. But we didn’t stop there.

Today, our mission extends further. With Nutrium Care, we aim to make real nutrition accessible to everyone - promoting healthier and happier lives.

Our journey is fueled by core values that guide every decision we make. We believe that everyone can make an impact, regardless of their job title or experience. We embrace continuous improvement, experiment with new ideas, and learn from both successes and mistakes. We value teamwork and collaboration in pursuit of shared goals, and above all, we strive for excellence.

đź‘Ź The Team

We are a motivated, young, and entrepreneurial team, driven by the excitement of building something meaningful.

At Nutrium, we value creativity, communication, agility, and being provocatively kind - sometimes the best way to help is by challenging others with empathy. While expertise is important, what truly sets us apart is our willingness to embrace challenges that others might avoid.

đź‘€ The Role

As a Patient Engagement Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential patients, guiding them to schedule their nutrition appointments through Nutrium’s platform. You will actively engage with individuals who may benefit from professional nutrition guidance, helping them understand the value of our services and ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience from their first contact.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls, sending emails, and leveraging other communication channels to connect with potential patients, explain how Nutrium works, and assist them in booking appointments with nutrition professionals.

🌎 Location:

Our offices are located in Braga and Lisbon, but you can choose to work remotely from anywhere. The choice is yours, and we’re confident you’ll find a working arrangement that suits both your needs and those of Nutrium.

That said, we value in-person connections, so you can expect to occasionally meet with the team for group meetings, events, and bonding activities.

Key responsabilities:

  • Contact potential patients via phone, email, and messaging to explain the benefits of Nutrium consultations;
  • Guide patients through booking appointments and answer any questions or concerns about the process;
  • Ensure a smooth experience by following up with patients to confirm appointments and satisfaction with the service;
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize patient communication strategies;
  • Provide feedback to enhance the booking process and overall patient experience.

Who You Are:

  • Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and advanced in English;
  • Excellent communicator with strong persuasion skills;
  • Proactive, self-driven, and organized with good time-management;
  • Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new platforms;
  • Empathetic and solution-oriented, focused on achieving results;
  • Experience in customer outreach or sales, especially in healthcare (is a plus!);
  • Preferably available for an internship (IEFP) and residing in Portugal.

We prefer flexibility with your working hours (11:00am - 8:00pm) to better serve our global customer base.
