Our offices are located in Braga and Lisbon, or anywhere if you choose to go remote. The choice is yours, and we are confident that you will find a solution that suits both your needs and those of Nutrium.
Notwithstanding, as we enjoy spending some time together, you can expect to meet the team in person occasionally for group meetings and bonding moments.

About the role:
At Nutrium, we’re building tools to support both health professionals and individuals in achieving better nutrition. Our platform helps dietitians streamline their workflow, and through Nutrium Care, we offer companies a way to support employee well-being via access to our network of nutrition professionals and personalized care.

We’re looking for a curious, hands-on Product Manager to join our team and help us shape and execute our product vision. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, and customer-facing teams to bring ideas to life, from discovery to delivery and iteration.
From shaping the roadmap to shipping features and tracking impact, you’ll play a key role in building experiences that truly improve people’s health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to shape and evolve the roadmap, bringing in insights from users, data, and business needs;
• Take ownership of product initiatives and drive them end-to-end;
• Turn feedback, research, and ideas into clear product specs and user stories;
• Work side-by-side with designers and engineers to bring new features to life;
• Run discovery sessions, talk to users, and dig into data to inform decisions;
• Track what’s working (and what’s not) post-launch, and keep improving from there;
• Be an advocate for our users, always pushing for thoughtful, impactful solutions.

Who You Are:

• Fluent in English and Portuguese;
• Based in Portugal;
• 2–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, health tech, or wellness;
• Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities shift and ownership is shared;
• Strong strategic thinking paired with a bias for action: you can zoom out and see the big picture, but also dive into the details;
• Comfortable working with data, talking to users, and running experiments to validate ideas;
• Collaborative and empathetic - skilled at working across teams and aligning diverse stakeholders;
• Excellent communication skills: you can clearly articulate product decisions, trade-offs, and vision;
• Passionate about improving people’s lives through better health, nutrition, and technology.
