🇺🇸 Location

As we expand into the U.S. market, we are building a remote sales team to support Nutrium’s mission. While this role will be based in the U.S. (remote), you’ll collaborate closely with Nutrium’s global teams.We believe in flexible working arrangements while also valuing in-person connections. Therefore, you can expect opportunities to meet with the team for group meetings, events, and team-building activities.


About the role:

We are building our U.S. sales team from scratch, and as a Strategic Alliances Manager, you will be one of the first key players in this exciting expansion!

In the early months, you’ll work independently, reporting directly to the COO, with a focus on creating strong relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, and health plans. Your mission? Position Nutrium Care as the go-to solution for employee well-being by ensuring consultants not only know who we are, but love and recommend us to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with benefits consultants, inspiring them to champion Nutrium Care to their clients;
  • Position Nutrium Care as a trusted name in well-being solutions, while balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities in the early stages;
  • Collaborate with sales and channel teams to align efforts and achieve ambitious goals;
  • Represent Nutrium at industry conferences and networking events to increase visibility and expand our presence;
  • Build deep relationships with customers and partners to fully understand their needs and how Nutrium can support them;
  • Provide valuable feedback on market trends and consultant needs to refine Nutrium’s U.S. strategy;
  • Drive pipeline growth by cultivating new opportunities and maximizing the value of existing partnerships.


Who You Are:

  • Experienced in building strategic partnerships within the employee benefits and corporate wellness sectors;
  • A natural communicator and relationship-builder with a knack for developing lasting partnerships;
  • Comfortable working independently and navigating a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment;
  • Deeply familiar with the U.S. benefits consultant landscape and driven to build connections from the ground up.
